SKY PARK

We have successfully completed the pile works for the Sky Park residential complex, located within the Sea Breeze area. This is the first high-rise residential project in the district, consisting of four 24-storey buildings designed in a modern High-Tech style, offering panoramic views of the Caspian Sea.

The pile stage was a critical part of the overall construction process, ensuring the stability and reliability of the future structure. All works were carried out in full compliance with technical standards, project documentation, and construction regulations, resulting in a solid foundation for the next phases of development.

Sky Park is set to redefine the architectural landscape of the coastal zone. Its dynamic silhouette, contemporary aesthetics, and evening illumination will make it a prominent feature of the area.
