Construction of a warehouse for mineral fertilizers on the territory of the Baku International Sea Trade Port
Following the order of the Baku International Sea Trade Port CJSC, the team of the Euro-Asian Construction Corporation EVRASCON has proceeded with a new project, namely the construction of a mineral fertilizer warehouse in Alat settlement, on the territory of the new maritime port.
The project was designed based on a Terms of Reference by Claudius Peters Technologies (Germany), acting as a supplier of the corresponding equipment as well.
Decades of experience in the most challenging projects and high engineering potential helped our company in shaping the detailed plan for the construction of a two-stage complex.
Stage 1: Construction of a metal-panelled building consisting of irregularly shaped monolithic reinforced concrete blocks, equipped with tunnels with double conveyor lines.
Stage 2: Construction of a steady-state metal structure of the conveyor line, provision of complete equipment and automation of the transportation and storage processes for dry mineral fertilizers.
The warehouse of 7465 sq.m. will have a wide range of opportunities: automatic loading, unloading and storage of mineral fertilizers with the most advanced conveyors; railway transportation and much more.
Creation of a cutting-edge warehouse to meet all high-quality standards was the primary focus of the Corporation. As a result, the warehouse will manage to store 60 thousand tons of fertilizers at a time.
The facility is planned to be put into operation by the end of 2022.
